1.5-axis system, power driven and controlled by PC, for marking parts of various shapes and sizes and/or pallets with many items;

2.The whole marking and engraving system is completely made of welded, stretched and milled steel. This makes it possible to produce long-lasting structures, and guarantees great precision in the laser marking process, even in the event of accidental impacts or unnoticed shifts of the marker;

3.The XYZ axes system and the base on which it rests, both made of welded steel, make every part of the marker extremely stable. There are practically no vibrations of axis Z during the movements of axis X, or slants during the movement of axis Y;

4.Axis X (stroke 1200mm), axis Y (stroke 800mm), makes it possible to focus on marking area 1200mmx500mm. Axis z (stroke 200mm) can mark articles with different height. Moreover, the laser head can be adjusted automatically according to different product height.

5.Customized marking software is developed based on client’s requirements and can upgrade free for life, with unique mistake proofing technology, avoiding repeat and missing marking, ensuring marking quality. And our software can interface with customer database and cataloguing the internal production information.
